8 Days Left for LHR's 2025 Hornraiser!

Every year, Longhorn Racing hosts two fundraising events: Hornraiser and 40for40 in the fall and spring semester respectively. For the 2025-2026 school year, this is the only chance in the fall to donate! This year, LHR's Hornraiser is focused towards purchasing safety equipment so our engineers are protected while doing their work. This opportunity is incredibly important as it serves as the sole fundraiser before major purchases start to accelerate. 

There are 8 days before the fundraiser ends, and every donation is greatly appreciated. LHR’s goal is to raise $5,000 dollars, and the campaign is over halfway to target. Your contributions– even as a single dollar– would not only push LHR closer to the goal, but help support the growing team of engineers. 

This year, LHR is committed to safety. Our mission is to ensure every member who walks into the garage is entering a safe work environment that is efficient and accessible. Your donation will contribute funding towards safety materials such as respirators, fire-retardant suits, and chemical cabinets.
